Job Description

We're looking for an experienced SAP Onsite Principal Technical Lead to lead SAP S/4HANA implementations for our downstream oil and gas clients .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA BTP solution architecture and design for downstream oil and gas processes (marketing, distribution, trading).
• Guide the full SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle , overseeing data migration and integration.
• Serve as the primary technical and functional point of contact , providing leadership and mentorship.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize SAP initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization .
• Ensure solutions adhere to IT standards, regulations, and SAP best practices .

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of SAP experience , with 5+ years in a principal architect/leadership role .
• Extensive SAP S/4HANA implementation experience in the downstream oil and gas industry .
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA BTP (Integration Suite, Build Code) and core modules ( MM, SD, FI/CO, PM, IS-Oil ).
• Strong understanding of SAP Best Practices for Oil & Gas .
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills .

Preferred:

• SAP certifications (S/4HANA Architecture, IS-Oil).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
