Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Generalist to join our manufacturing team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of HR operations, particularly in validating HR processes, analyzing workforce data, and managing bi-weekly payroll cycles. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong data acumen, and be capable of maintaining confidentiality and precision in all HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and process bi-weekly payroll with high accuracy and compliance.
• Validate HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze employee data and generate workforce reports to support decision-making.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Assist with benefits administration, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Act as a resource for employee questions and support positive employee relations.
• Collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Demonstrated experience processing payroll and handling sensitive employee data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and process validation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HRIS platforms.

• Experience supporting hourly and salaried workforces.
• Knowledge of labor law compliance and HR best practices.
