Responsabilities

• Performs all duties in the restaurant as needed.
  
• Ensures the company's process is completed and followed daily.
  
• Maintains all the training and certification materials of the company.
  
• Prepares restaurant for each shift following the company's Pledge and follows all handbook policies.
  
• Monitors service standards and dining times throughout each shift.
  
• Has a hands-on approach to teamwork and can assist associates in their functions.
  
• Monitors seating rotation and capacity to ensure smooth running equitable shifts.
  
• Understands department goals and action plans to achieve them.
  
• Monitors associates using weekly forecast and staffing guides.
  
• Maintains all associate documentation and turns them in a timely.
  
• Performs REX, RAPs, and reviews for all assigned associates.
  
• Ability to monitor restaurant operational procedures and adjust as needed to achieve the best possible experience for both guests and associates.
  

Requirements

Job and Immigration Requirements

• Mexican, North American, or Canadian citizenship.
  
• Possess Cedula Professional on hand (not in process). The degree must be in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  
• Possess Titulo Universitario and grades on hand (not in process). The degree must be in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  
• Have a valid Mexican, Canadian, or U.S. passport with at least 1.5-year validity.
  
• No previous immigration issues.
  
• Have a valid driver’s license.
  
• Ability to move to the U.S.
  
• Fluency in English.
