Wenham Carter is proud to be supporting an industry-leading OT Security software company in their search for a Regional Sales Director, North America.

The Role

We are now looking to appoint a Regional Sales Director to drive new business growth across North America. This is a pure ‘hunter’ role for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a high-impact, high-autonomy environment. You will be responsible for building new relationships, opening doors with key stakeholders, and managing the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through to successful contract execution.

This is a strategic growth hire, positioned to strengthen the company's North American market presence during an exciting phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of new business development across North America, targeting customers in industrial sectors and critical infrastructure environments.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to establish a strong and repeatable sales pipeline.
  • Guide opportunities through the entire deal lifecycle, from prospecting to close.
  • Cultivate deep relationships with client decision-makers, positioning the company as a trusted partner for OT Security.
  • Collaborate with internal technical, pre-sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless transitions from sales to delivery.
  • Actively participate in relevant industry forums, events, and exhibitions to strengthen market presence.
  • Accurately manage and report pipeline health, sales forecasts, and market feedback.
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales quotas.

Your Background

We are seeking candidates who bring:

  • A proven track record of success in cybersecurity sales, ideally with experience in OT security, product security, or adjacent fields.
  • Experience selling complex solutions such as vSOC, VMS, IDPS, EVSE protection or similar would be a distinct advantage.
  • Experience engaging with both technical stakeholders and senior business decision-makers.
  • Strong knowledge of the industrial or automotive cybersecurity ecosystem.
  • Previous success in a new logo acquisition role, with a ‘hunter’ mindset.
  • Ideally based in Detroit or the surrounding area, with existing connections in the regional industrial landscape.
