The University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center (UM Capital) is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated, multidisciplinary team in our Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Our NICU provides advanced neonatal services in a modern facility designed to meet the complex needs of our community's most vulnerable patients. The Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider (APP) delivers comprehensive 24/7 clinical care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The APP is responsible for the ongoing management of NICU patients, providing expert clinical leadership and serving as a key resource for the interdisciplinary medical team. Working in close collaboration with attending neonatologists, the APP contributes to medical decision-making using evidence-based practices and current standards of care.
