Job Duties:

• Display – Set up and maintain displays for frozen promotional products. Ensure freezer shelf tags are labeled correctly. Keep frozen cases neat, organized, and fully stocked.
• Sales Floor Maintenance – Keep aisles and walking areas near frozen cases clear of boxes and debris to ensure safety.
• Replenish – Monitor expiration dates on frozen products. Rotate stock using First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and place older items in front for sale first.
• Dumping – Remove expired or recalled frozen items properly. Record all disposals accurately per company policies and food safety regulations.
• Stock – Unload, break down, and organize frozen deliveries. Stock freezers efficiently and refill products as needed to meet customer demand.
• Customer Service – Assist customers with locating frozen items and answering product-related questions.
• PI Count – Participate in inventory counts with other team members to ensure frozen department accuracy.
• Cleaning – Clean freezer shelves, doors, and storage areas following company policy to maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Other Duties – Perform additional tasks as assigned to support store operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous stocking experience is preferred (grocery or frozen preferred).
• Knowledge of frozen grocery product lines is a plus.
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules.
• Having or willing to obtain a Food Handling Card.

Skills Requirement:

• Effective communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and company policies.
• Proper training and knowledge of freezer and pallet jack/equipment operation.

Physical Demands:

• Standing for extended periods, frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• Comfortable working in freezer environments at 0ºF to -20ºF for extended periods (with breaks).

Salary:
The pay range for this job is $17.00 - 20.00 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
