We seek a candidate capable of assuming complete ownership over two critical areas: the enrollment experience for new families and the operational infrastructure that sustains daily campus function.
This position differs substantially from traditional admissions roles. You will not spend your time confined to desk work sending templated correspondence or drowning in administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will center on conducting impactful family tours, establishing credibility with prospective parents, and facilitating a smooth, customized admissions process. Simultaneously, you will guarantee that our campus maintains safety standards, regulatory compliance, and readiness to receive students and families with assurance.

What You Will Be Doing - Conducting customized, high-conversion family tours that communicate Alpha's three core commitments and build confidence in our educational approach.
- Implementing and managing strategic outreach initiatives with prospective families to advance them through the admissions pipeline.
- Maintaining strict safety and safeguarding standards to establish a demonstrably secure environment for students and families.
- Managing comprehensive facilities operations, including preventative maintenance scheduling, vendor management, and repair supervision.
- Performing ongoing data analysis to optimize processes and enhance both operational performance and enrollment results.
What You Won’t Be Doing - Operating within a narrow, repetitive administrative function or isolated departmental silo.
- Functioning under restrictive, hierarchical micromanagement that limits your autonomy.
- Managing bureaucratic obstacles that impede substantive advancement.
- Concentrating exclusively on documentation while remaining disconnected from the students and families you support.
Campus Coordinator Key Responsibilities Design and deliver a seamless, high-impact admissions experience while sustaining a secure, operationally excellent campus environment, allowing Alpha to expand and fulfill its commitments to families.
Basic Requirements - Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
- 1+ years of experience in school admissions or enrollment functions
- Demonstrated experience working with children/students
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Elevated emotional intelligence, proactive mindset, and capacity for self-direction.
- Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Availability to work on-site in Palm Beach, FL; Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
