Transition Director that is responsible for creating and carrying out transition plans, knowledge of the IEP process and services, and knowledge of PBGRs. This position has under 10 students as the caseload management. The Intensive Needs & Autism Transition Director is responsible for ensuring high quality and effective general and special education that is consistent with all federal and state requirements. Potential start date Spring 2026 or sooner.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Social Work, Psychology, Special
Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, Human Services, or a related field required. Preferred candidates will hold a Special Education licensure or relevant experience of a minimum of five years is required.Other requirements for this position include:
Compensation & Benefits: Compensation & Benefits: This is a
full-time position, with an annual salary starting at \$65,000 - \$75,000, including total compensation*, based on qualifications and experience. School staff work 222 days that includes 12 paid holidays and 13 paid days off.*We offer health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life
