Job Description

Insight Global is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Florham Park, NJ. Our client offers comprehensive safety and security services. They specialize in emergency response, security solutions, training programs, and consultation services. Their team includes experienced professionals such as EMTs, police officers, security officers, and 911 operators. They are known for their proactive and empathetic approach, providing reassurance and support to individuals in distress.

Location: Onsite in Florham Park, NJ (Onsite initially, transitioning to hybrid/remote)

Start Date: Monday, June 23rd

Schedule: Open 24/7 availability for all shifts

  • 7am-3pm
  • 3pm-11pm
  • 11pm-7am

Duration: 2 month Contract to Hire

Interview process: One and done virtual interview on Microsoft Teams

Pay: $17-19/hour

Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Florham Park, NJ. This role involves providing support to individuals who feel they are in danger, acting as a step before a 911 operator. You will be responsible for handling phone calls, video chats, and online chats, ensuring the safety and security of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, video chats, and online chats.
  • Provide reassurance and support to individuals in distress.
  • Multitask effectively, managing conversations while typing or viewing video chats.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Utilize MS Office, G Suite, Slack, and Google Sheets for communication and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Background in safety or security (e.g., EMT, police officer, security officer, 911 operator), preferred.
  • Ability to type 40-50 words per minute.
  • Experience with MS Office, G Suite, Slack, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle high-stress situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Compensation: $17-19/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
