Manage customer service inbox
Manage calendar
Meet weekly and discuss calendar, projects, statuses, etc.
Manage personal tasks as needed
Jump in and help when needed with ad hoc tasks / projects
Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Project Manager (a plus)
Ability to keep client on track
Ability to elevate issues as they arise
Extremely detail oriented
Intuitively organized
Good grammar
Deadline oriented
Self-starter
10 hours per week
MST, CST, EST Time Zones
