Are you a seasoned Concrete Superintendent looking to lead from the front on high-end commercial and residential projects across Palm Beach County?
We’re representing a respected concrete subcontractor that’s known for delivering exceptional structural and flatwork packages on time and to spec. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a hands-on Superintendent to take control of field operations and drive quality, safety, and productivity across their sites.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🔨 Running daily field operations for cast-in-place concrete structures, slabs, footings, and retaining walls
🛠️ Managing crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
📋 Ensuring schedules are met and safety protocols are enforced
📞 Coordinating with GCs, PMs, engineers, and suppliers
✅ Conducting quality checks and overseeing inspections
📈 Reporting progress to senior management and supporting project planning
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 5–15 years of concrete construction experience
✔️ Previous experience as a Lead Foreman or Superintendent
✔️ Strong understanding of forming systems, rebar, finishing, and layout
✔️ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and field drawings
✔️ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not essential
✔️ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
