**A Snapshot ofYour Day** The Site Electrical Construction Manager (CM) will oversee and coordinate the electrical installation process, ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will have supervisory experience for reviewing risks and mitigation plans, coordinating multiple trades, and providing assistance to overcome challenging situations at the construction site. The selected candidate will also be responsible for reviewing blueprints, verifying wiring installations, answering technical questions, and ensuring that all electrical work is in line with current regulations and safety standards. **How You'llMake an Impact** + Safety Compliance + Turn Over Package documentation + Technical Questions and Answers + Planning and Supervision of Electrical Installations + Progress tracking and verifications + Leadership and Continuous Improvement **What YouBring** + Must have a minimum of a HS Diploma/GED that can be verified + Must have electrical trained certifications and/or accreditedapprenticeships + Must have 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor orSuperintendent or a similar leadership role in High Voltage Industry -Substations, Power Generation etc... + Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints,schematics, and Single Line Diagrams + Strong leadership and communication skills; Knowledge of electricalsystems, installation practices, and safety standards is required. + EPC Construction experience is highly preferred Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
