Primary Focus:
The Senior Sales Representative’s role is key to the success of existing customer relationships and the development of new relationships and business opportunities. They are a well-organized individual who possesses excellent communication skills and is eager to meet and exceed company set goals. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and will be a vital member of new business development.
Overall, they’ll be a key member of ensuring future sales growth for Metro Environmental Services and be expected to work seamlessly with their team and cross-functional teams. They should be focused on generating new business, expanding market share and building new revenue pipelines. They’ll be responsible for providing tailored solutions that meet each client's needs using their knowledge of the company’s offerings and value propositions. Leveraging technology to streamline their workflows and to simultaneously manage several projects is a consistent part of their strategy.
