The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle execution of complex, high-value projects—serving as the main point of contact for customers and directing cross-functional internal teams. The ideal candidate has a background in engineering or industrial manufacturing and thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning to closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and financial targets are met
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments and the client
• Prepare and monitor budgets, schedules, and resource plans
• Handle change orders, customer negotiations, and invoicing
• Provide regular reporting on performance and financial metrics
• Travel as needed domestically and internationally (varies by project)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or project management
• 3–5+ years of experience in project management within an industrial setting
• PMP or MBA preferred
• Background as a Project Engineer, Contract Administrator, or similar roles will be considered
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and organizational skills
