The Registered Nurse (RN) PICC is responsible for the insertion, care, and maintenance of PICC lines, midlines, and peripheral IVs. The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as experience with the Sherlock system.

Responsibilities:
- Insert and maintain PICC lines, midlines, and peripheral IVs.
- Utilize the Sherlock system.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Exhibit good interpersonal skills.
- Gather and report patient data.
- Carry out orders and perform therapeutic procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient needs are met.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- RN License (currently ANY RN License is accepted in the State of NY)
- BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
- ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience
- PICC Experience Required
- Ultrasound guided PIV and PICC
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- PICC Certification
Special Considerations:
- Rotating Day/Evening/Night shifts on inpatient units.
Scheduling:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week).
- Day/Evening shifts.
- Weekends per unit policy.
- 8-10 hour shifts.
