Job Posting – Registered Nurse (RN)

Pay Rate: $45 – $55 per hour (dependent on level of client care)

Open Hours :  12 hour Shifts   Days: 8 a - 8 p  Nights: 8 p - 8 a

Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at CareOne Senior Care. As an RN, you will play a critical role in assessing client needs, developing care plans, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality home care. Your advanced training and leadership will ensure the best outcomes for our clients while supporting caregivers and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client health status.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document vital signs and clinical changes, reporting promptly.
• Provide education and guidance to clients and families on disease management, prevention, and wellness.
• Supervise and support LPNs, HHAs, and caregivers as part of the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with agency standards.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
• Strong clinical knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and disease management.
• Compassionate nature with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Previous experience in home health, private duty care, or acute care preferred.
