Salary: $150,000 - 175,000 base +15-20% bonus
Position Overview:
Our Client is looking for a skilled Real Estate Transactions Counsel to join their in-house legal team. This role will focus on supporting our acquisitions, dispositions, and other real estate transactional matters nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate, and review purchase and sale agreements for single-tenant retail properties.
- Manage legal due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, and environmental reviews.
- Coordinate and oversee closings of acquisitions and dispositions.
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments (Acquisitions, Finance, Asset Management) and external counsel, title companies, and brokers.
An ideal Candidate would have:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Florida.
- 4+ years experience in commercial real estate law.
- Deep understanding of real estate transactions.
