Senior Warehouse Manager

Schedule: Day Shift (M-F)

Location: Buffalo, NY

This person will be a hands-on senior warehouse leader to manage daily operations and drive a culture of safety, teamwork, and efficiency. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse associates, ensuring accurate and timely product handling, and maintaining a clean and safe facility. You'll play a key role in coaching team members, improving processes, and supporting overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of one Inbound Manager and 25 hourly employees.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Supervise and coach warehouse associates to meet performance goals
• Oversee receiving, storage, selection, and loading of products
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, and inventory control
• Support hiring, training, and team engagement
• Maintain warehouse equipment and cleanliness
• Use data to improve operations and reduce costs
• Schedule shifts and manage labor planning

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse/distribution experience
• 2+ year of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, and inventory systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• HACCP or PCQI certification is a plus
