Job Description

Our client, a highly visible non-profit in their community, is seeking an Office Manager to support their organization's daily operations and to support their senior leader. This individual should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy being involved in a variation of operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee office-wide communications such as, by email, phone and mail
  • Track and maintain inventory supply levels
  • Attend meetings and record meeting notes and distribute action items as needed
  • Operate light bookkeeping duties, including overseeing an operational budget
  • Maintain calendars by coordinating schedules and setting up/breaking down meetings
  • Provide general administrative support to the senior leader and greater team
  • Assist with the organizations website and databases for accurate record keeping

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of office management experience, preferably within the non-profit industry
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Support of the organization's mission
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Canva, etc.
