Summary

We’re looking for a caring, energetic individual to join our team as an Assistant Teacher in our Infant Classroom! This role supports our infant age children, helping create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. Part time or Full time will be considered.

Duties

• Create a welcoming environment for children, parents and the community.
• Maintain an environment that is clean and safe.
• Operate in an environment based on teamwork
• Establish a partnership with parents through effective communication
• To provide and accept honest, routine feedback that is caring and helpful.
• Operate in a manner that is caring empathetic and respectful.

Requirements

• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Ability to maintain a positive, professional demeanor with children, families, and staff
• Flexibility to support all classrooms and age groups as needed
• Reliability for a closing shift schedule
• Commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

Nice To Haves

• Age 18 yrs+ preferred
• 6 Months of experience in a licensed child care, but will train the right person
• CDA or Child development courses but not necessary
