Human Resources Manager wanted for a premier public relations firm located here in Nashville. This role is perfect for an ambitious HR Professional looking to help a business grow. This client boasts some great amenities including a hybrid schedule with 2 work from home days per week.

The HR Manager will be responsible for:

• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
• Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
• Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations

The HR Manager will be well-compensated:

• Salary up to $110k
• Additional annual bonus

A well-qualified HR Manager candidate will possess:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
