Title: HR Generalist

Location: MALVERN, PA 19355

Duration: 4+ Months (High possibility of extension) (PART TIME – 2 to 3 hours a day)

SUMMARY

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to provide dedicated day-to-day support to the Human Resources Manager.
• This role encompasses a variety of HR functions including recruitment coordination, off-boarding, file organization, reporting, and the preparation of compensation recommendation templates.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• BA or BS, or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning and teaching systems
• Ability to compile, retrieve, and analyse data
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Capable of managing competing priorities independently
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all HR matters

Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the HR Manager:

Recruitment

• Prepare and submit job requisitions
• Prepare offer letter templates for new hires or promotions

Compensation

• Prepare compensation recommendation templates
• May draft offer letters for promotions, salary adjustments, etc.

Reporting

• Run reports from HRIS or recruiting systems as needed
• Off-Boarding
• Complete administrative processes for exiting employees

Filing

• May be asked to file or organize electronic files Special Projects (as assigned)
• Organize data from Employee Opinion Survey focus groups
• Clean up and organize job descriptions
• Assist in creating presentations or other documents
• Support analysis projects
