Position Title: HR Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our growing HR operations in the energy sector. This role is essential to ensuring smooth HR functions across both field and corporate environments. You’ll support a wide range of HR activities, from onboarding to compliance, and contribute to a positive employee experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for field and corporate employees
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems
• Support benefits administration, including enrollments and employee inquiries
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific employment regulations
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
• Serve as a point of contact for general HR inquiries

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience, ideally in oil and gas, energy, or industrial sectors
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employment law
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Preferred Attributes

• Experience supporting remote or field-based teams
• Familiarity with DOT, OSHA, or other compliance frameworks relevant to oil and gas
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
