Role Description

• Coordinate with customers and builders to schedule installations and ensure smooth execution of flooring projects.
• Read selection sheets and accurately enter orders into our computer system, "RFMS."
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or installations.

Requirements

• High attention to details and ability to accurately process and manage order information.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, builders, and internal stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in the flooring industry, or a coordination role.
• Proficiency in computer systems. RFMS experience is a big plus!
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
