Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly creative, strategic, and brand-obsessed Senior Graphic Designer to bring our visual identity to life across all channels. You will play a pivotal role in leading the development of campaign design, product launches, digital experiences, and packaging concepts.
Reporting to the Director of Creative, this role is ideal for a confident visual storyteller who understands the power of design in building emotional brand connections. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to bring cohesive design solutions that elevate Pro Lash’s brand and customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead visual design across marketing campaigns, packaging, digital ads, landing pages, email, and social content
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts that align with brand identity and campaign goals
- Mentor and collaborate with junior designers to ensure consistent execution of design standards
- Work with cross-functional teams to meet marketing and product timelines with excellence
- Partner with the content team to develop high-performing creative for paid media and digital platforms
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion with an eye for detail and brand consistency
- Contribute to brand style guide development and enforcement
Required Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within DTC e-commerce or a beauty/fashion/lifestyle brand
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience designing for web, social, packaging, and print
- Strong typography, color, layout, and branding skills
- Solid understanding of marketing and e-commerce needs (Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads design specs)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior designers
- Passion for empowering women through beauty and branding
