职位描述:
1. 负麦海外仓售后日常退换机的失效分析，定位故障机失效的根因并汇总输出分析结果；
2. 新项目上市前期海外的EWP失效分析，top问题提炼；
3. 失效分析报表、失效分析报告的制作、维护、输出；
4. 配合售后质量工程师进行走点分析工作；
5. 跟踪失效问题的发生、分析、解决和闭环的全过程。
岗位要求：
1. 统招本科及以上学历，电子、通信、自动化等相关专业，5年及以上硬件失效分析工作经验，有相关硬件开发经验优先(美国、中国的学历均认可)；
2. 良好的数电、模电等基础知识，在指导下能理解常见的模块电路，光学原理; 熟练使用示波器、频谱分析仪等硬件测试仪器，能利用仪器进行问题走位；
3. 对上下位机有基本的概念，能快速熟悉和操作相关功能软件；
4. 能独立自主的分析和解决问题，能维修不良板包含更换元器件等;
5. 有半导体激光控制设备、工业打标机或激光光源驱动、运动控制相关行业工作经验的优先；
6.主动积极、踏实靠谱，能够配合团队做好FFR改善工作;
7. 中文能够作为工作语言，进行沟通、书写；
8. 具有自我约束力、驱动力。
