Sales Development Representative

Location: Pleasant Grove, UT (In-person, Full-time)

Compensation: $62,400–$74,400 OTE (base + commission)

Role Summary

This position involves outbound outreach to business owners to offer a free SEO audit. You’ll be responsible for identifying qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our SEO specialists. This is a lead generation role — not a closing position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and connect with local and national business owners
  • Offer and explain the value of a free SEO audit
  • Identify qualified prospects based on set criteria
  • Schedule appointments for the strategy team
  • Use CRM tools to track activity and follow-ups
  • Meet weekly outreach and booking goals

Requirements

  • Prior sales or appointment-setting experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable making outbound calls
  • Interest in digital marketing or SEO is a plus
