Job Description

Our client, a financial services company located in Waltham, is seeking a Compliance Operations Analyst. This is a temporary opportunity and can compensate up to $21.50/hr. depending on experience. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration!

Key Responsibilities

• Generate administrative reports to support ongoing team tasks and monitor advisor activity.
• Record and analyze outside trade data to identify potential advisor trade conflicts.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects, gathering data for regulatory reviews and internal audits.
• Provide data to the Compliance Technology team to facilitate automated surveillance processes.

• Fundamental understanding of the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.

• Ability to follow direction while working both independently and collaboratively.
