Responsibilities: - Assess and develop individualized wound care plans for patients with complex wound care needs
- Develop and implement wound care protocols to promote wound healing and prevent further complications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide evidence-based education to patients and their families on wound care and prevention
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and progress
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering compassionate and culturally sensitive care to patients and their families
Requirements: - Current RN license in the state of Georgia
- Experience in wound care nursing or a related field (0 years of experience)
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of wound care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong commitment to customer service and patient satisfaction
Work Environment: - Roswell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 24-hour, full-service sub-acute, skilled nursing, and long-term care facility located in the heart of historic downtown Roswell, Georgia.
