📦 Warehouse Manager – Logistics Company
📍 Location: [Richmond VA Must be local | 💼 Full-Time
We’re seeking a driven and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in paper logistics , but we are open to strong leaders from other sectors of warehouse distribution or supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse functions: receiving, storage, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high performance and safety standards
- Monitor workflow, ensure timely and accurate processing of orders
- Manage inventory controls and cycle counts
- Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and customer service teams
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements to boost efficiency
Requirements:
- 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Experience in paper logistics or similar bulk inventory operations preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in WMS systems and Microsoft Office
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
