HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated VUI Designer to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

Role/Responsibilities

• As a key team member of an agile team, the IVR Designer will gather requirements from IVR product managers to help create self-service experiences for a modernized platform.
• The Designer will make recommendations based on experience to use various capabilities to best solve the member’s experience.
• The IVR Designer will design on a cloud platform, driving both AI and deterministic flows.
• Responsible for deliverables include high level designs, detailed designs, testing of flow and all associated documentation

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 10 years of professional experience in delivering large multifunctional projects. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IVR and Conversational design experience,

Minimum Requirements

Technical Skills:

• 5+ years IVR and Conversational design experience.
• 3+ years designing IVR in cloud platforms such as Google, AWS, Microsoft, etc.
• 5+ years of NLU, ASR and/or AI experience.
• Speech Recognition and AI integration tools such as Google dialog Flow, Amazon Lex & Polly, IBM Watson.
• IVR development tools, such as Voice flow

Desired Qualifications

• Should have IVR design skills, conversational skills will help.
• Speech Recognition and AI integration tools such as Google dialog Flow, Amazon Lex & Polly, IBM Wats.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $62000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $127600 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
