Qualified candidates should possess:
· Experience rolling out successful companywide initiatives
· History of developing training that will ensure others are successful
· Ability to evaluate efficiency of training programs company wide
· Desire to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
· Ability to travel 6 to 10 nights per month
