Job Description

• UX/UI Design and Development: Develop custom, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ReactJS and jQuery. Proficient in designing software, such as Figma (must have), Sketch, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, InVision, etc..
• As a designer, candidate will be responsible for developing wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to meet business needs, find creative ways to solve UX problems and collaborate with UI developers on a regular and seek feedback.
• Candidate should have a successful track record of designing complex but intuitive websites and can work in a scrum team with UI developers.
• Customization and Branding: Customize and brand environments according to business needs, ensuring that the design adheres to the company's branding guidelines and enhances the user experience. Client-Side Development: Leverage client-side technologies (JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.) to build dynamic, fast-loading, and engaging UI elements.
• Responsive Design: Ensure all pages and applications are mobile-responsive and accessible across a wide range of devices and browsers.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, UX/UI designers to gather requirements, provide technical input, and ensure solutions meet functional and workflow design specifications. Performance Optimization: Implement best practices for performance optimization, user-friendly workflows, including the efficient use of page layouts, scripts, and images.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve front-end technical issues, bugs and performance bottlenecks related to UI elements.
• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest development trends, including new Ul capabilities, web technologies, and tools, and share knowledge with the team. Experience in source control using Git, etc.
• Well versed with Agile/Scrum and DevOps software development methodologies and processes.
• Should take ownership and accountability and deliver the tasks within project timelines.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS is a plus
• Banking Domain skills in risk area
• Work in agile methodology
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders
• Should understand the UI/UX design and design/develop for optimal solutions for UI
