Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Trust & Estates Attorney located in Wells, ME with some work from home acceptable. The Trust & Estates Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on trust and estate matters, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in negotiations. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to understand their needs, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. The attorney will also stay updated on changes in trust and estate law to provide the best possible services to clients.
