Job Description

We are seeking an outgoing individual for our Travel Coordinator opportunity! As a Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for booking amazing trips for leisure and corporate clients in destinations all around the world! This position is great for anyone who absolutely loves to travel and help others with planning. Coordinators handle the research and booking process for clients, this can include airline, hotel accommodations, all-inclusive resorts, cruises, car rentals, theme parks, event tickets, and more.

Part-Time and Full-Time available! This position is remote.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Arrange travel for business and vacation customers
  • Determine customers’ needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs
  • Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
  • Find fare and schedule information
  • Calculate total travel costs
  • Book reservations for travel, hotels, rental cars, and special events, such as tours and excursions
  • Tell clients about what their trip will be like, including giving details on required documents, such as passports or visas
  • Give advice about local weather conditions, customs, and attractions
  • Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip
  • Create itineraries for businesses, sports teams, vacations, Weddings, honeymoons and more
  • Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
  • Book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons

R EQU IREMENTS:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be a citizen and authorized to work within the USA or Mexico
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must have computer and/or smartphone with internet access
  • You must be comfortable working with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with clients (strong sales background is a plus, but not required)
