Now Hiring: Title Clerk (Full-Time) Location: Arrowhead Lexus Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible hours Compensation: DOE (Depending on Experience) Arrowhead Lexus is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Title Clerk to join our accounting team. This full-time role includes title processing, accounts receivable, daily deposits, and serving as a backup biller. We offer a professional environment with flexibility and opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities

• Process and submit all title and registration work
• Handle AR posting, reconciliations, and daily deposits
• Serve as backup biller; process new/used vehicle deals
• Submit delivery reporting, incentives, warranty payments, and lien payoffs
• Maintain accurate schedules and records (inventory, We Owe, A/R, 8300 forms)
• Work with customers, lenders, and internal departments
• Support various office functions and administrative duties

Qualifications

• Prior dealership title clerk, AR, or billing experience preferred
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Pre-Hire Requirements

• Valid AZ Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
