Test Technician – Job Description:

Seeking a Test Technician to work in a manufacturing environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma with 2–3 years of relevant experience, or 1–2 years with technical school training.
Must have electrical knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience using digital multimeters (DMM).
Preferred experience includes performing preventive maintenance and working with testing platforms such as ICT, FCT, GT, or HT.
2+ years of direct experience working in automated assembly involving all or some of the following processes: SMT, through hole, adhesive dispense, automated assembly, ultrasonic welding
Hands on experience with optimizing processes and automated equipment
Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
Ability to work in a fast paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up atmosphere
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
