As a Technical Recruiter, you will lead the recruitment of outstanding talent. You will collaborate across sourcing, candidate care, and client strategy, leveraging critical thinking and influencing skills to resolve complex and challenging situations. You will...

  • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
  • Screen and interview candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with current assigned employees.
  • Perform various customer service-related activities
  • Coordinate, confirm, prepare candidates for job interview
  • Present, negotiate and close job offers

Do you have the following?

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)
  • ATS experience - Bullhorn preferred advanced recruiting technology utilization and the ability to adopt high-tech tools in a fast-paced environment
  • 5-7 years experience as a top-performing technical recruiter (IT, scientific, or engineering)
  • Customer or sales-focused experience
  • Collaborated in a team-oriented environment
