What You’ll Do:

• Build meaningful relationships with candidates and clients.
• Source, interview, and recommend high-caliber tech talent across software engineering, data science, DevOps, and more.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team dynamics and role needs.
• Curate a thoughtful, respectful experience for every candidate.
• Engage in community outreach and networking activities to build relationships, increase visibility, and foster partnerships that support organizational goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective placements
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 1+ years of experience in recruiting (technical roles preferred).
• Are a natural relationship-builder and great listener.
• Value quality over quantity — and long-term fit over quick wins.
• Know enough tech to speak the language (or you’re eager to learn).
