Position Title : Technical Recruiter

Location: Clear Lake, TX 

Assignment Type: 3-month to 6- month Contract

Compensation : $35 - $40 / Hour 

Work Schedul e: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruiting needs during a busy growth period. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment, building relationships with hiring managers, and delivering a smooth, professional candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand immediate and upcoming staffing needs.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple channels — job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and creative outreach.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting, including intake calls, interviews, candidate feedback, and offer coordination.
• Conduct detailed phone screens and prepare candidate write-ups highlighting key strengths.
• Keep candidates updated throughout the process and ensure an excellent overall experience.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and submittal-to-hire ratios to measure success.
• Maintain data accuracy in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with HR and leadership teams to align recruiting priorities with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or corporate).
• Strong sourcing skills using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze recruiting performance.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience recruiting for technical, engineering, or manufacturing roles.
• Background in agency or contract recruiting environments.
• Comfort sourcing niche and hard-to-find talent.
