Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support our client in sourcing and hiring specialized talent across North America. This position plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring professionals in advanced technical roles, with a focus on data science, AI, and software engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans
  • Source and engage top-tier candidates in technical domains such as AI, Python, and Data Science
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume technical requisitions
  • Maintain accurate data and candidate progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Facilitate interview scheduling and manage logistics to ensure a smooth process
  • Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes
  • Act as a talent advisor to leadership and stakeholders on best practices and market trends
  • Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, especially within technical roles
  • Strong understanding of modern sourcing tools and methods
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting and decision-making
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies
  • Strong offer negotiation and candidate closing skills
