Join our client's dynamic Esports Event Technology (EET) team as a pivotal Technical Producer II, where you'll be instrumental in orchestrating the seamless execution of global engineering and operations projects. Your role will be crucial in both planned and spontaneous initiatives, ensuring our client's team remains synchronized and efficient.

This is a full-time 12 month W2 contract. The role is fully remote but preferential to EST time zones. The application deadline is Friday, August 8th, 2025.

Technical Producer Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize work management platforms (Jira, Airtable, Notion) to enhance team visibility and functionality.
• Collaborate with engineering leads and managers to streamline intake, triage, backlog management, and prioritization processes.
• Adapt work systems to meet evolving team requirements, minimizing friction and enhancing cross-team collaboration.
• Facilitate the planning and execution of significant technical projects, ensuring alignment and accountability through comprehensive project plans and roadmaps.
• Implement Agile best practices to boost team performance and project delivery quality.
• Lead essential team rituals, including kickoffs, standups, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
• Coordinate across global time zones, maintaining timelines and clear communication of outcomes.
• Identify and address inefficiencies in planning and delivery, collaborating with the Production team to drive improvements.
• Contribute to internal documentation and operational runbooks, promoting best practices and consistency.
• Support ITSM processes, including Service Desk, Incident, Problem, and Knowledge management.

Technical Producer Requirements:

• 2–4 years in Technical Production , Project/Program Management , ideally in engineering , broadcast , or live events
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional coordination and facilitate projects
• Proficient in Jira , Airtable , Notion , and adapting tools to team workflows
• Strong communicator adept at bridging technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiar with Agile , Scrum , or hybrid workflows (sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Technically fluent , able to engage effectively with engineering teams

Technical Producer Preferred Experience:

• Background in live broadcast , esports , gaming , or technical production
• Knowledge of Agile , ITIL , or Lean for continuous improvement
• Skilled at managing structured and emergent tasks across multiple streams
• Experienced in process alignment and driving system improvements
• Passionate about team enablement , operational excellence , and customer service
