We are looking for a technical writer to create content that speaks directly to developers. You'll produce tutorials, getting started guides, API documentation, and blog posts that help developers adopt Courier quickly and use it with confidence.
The ideal candidate is technical and an excellent communicator, comfortable working with APIs, SDKs, and developer tools, and able to turn that expertise into clear, approachable writing. You should thrive with autonomy, taking projects from idea to publication, and enjoy explaining technical concepts in a way that helps developers solve problems and build faster.
Objective
To identify a high-quality technical writer with a strong development background to rewrite and maintain ongoing documentation for a growing SaaS product. The writer must be credible in technical circles and capable of improving existing material to a professional standard.
