Contract Duration: 12 months
Worksite Location:  Remote
Compensation: $33.00 - $48.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the CAD/Revit Designer:

• Support architects with CAD and Revit design tasks
• Update schematic designs and incorporate markups with precision
• Organize and maintain project files and as-builts
• Participate in team meetings to align on project goals
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all design work
• Manage deadlines effectively by prioritizing tasks and following directions

What you’ll bring to the CAD/Revit Designer role:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit (6 years of experience preferred, but motivated graduates will be considered)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction while staying dependable and proactive
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Excel and Smartsheet a plus
