About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting contract workers & direct hire placements and client account management. Success in this role requires creative problem solving, the ability to think and move quickly, self-motivation and a drive to win!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, interview, and present candidates to clients.
  • Generate a robust pipeline of quality candidates for light industrial, skilled trades, and administrative opportunities.
  • Partner with clients to offer strategic staffing solutions in a timely fashion.
  • Develop industry expertise and stay informed of trends within the industries we serve.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, applicants, and team members.
  • Ensure all data is accurately collected, updated, and reported.
  • Create a positive experience for applicants, employees, and clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn and follow, EEO Guidelines.
  • Previous account management experience.
  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills to guide decision-makers.
