Staffing Consultant/Recruiter

PrideStaff Atlanta South, a National Staffing System - 15-year Diamond Award Recipient for Client and Candidate Satisfaction via ClearlyRated.com is looking for a talented individual with a proven track record of success in customer service, sales, negotiating, communicating, and problem-solving to join our team!

Reporting to the Strategic Partner, the Staffing Consultant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to both Field Associates and clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruit top-level administrative and light industrial professionals; interview and identify temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities for these candidates.
  • Utilize various recruiting approaches and tools including online recruiting, networking, direct, and referrals.
  • Provide ongoing and consistent contact with candidates while offering professional and value-added career guidance.
  • Interview and administer evaluations to determine the skill level of candidates.
  • Select the right candidate to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with clients and candidates currently on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and grow the PrideStaff client base by selling our services for temporary and/or full-time staffing solutions.
  • Make telephone calls and conduct one-on-one meetings with key managers and senior-level executives for the purpose of providing solutions to our clients and building on existing client relationships.
  • Plan and manage business to achieve specific sales, recruiting, and staffing targets

The ideal candidate for the Staffing Consultant position possesses the following skills and/or characteristics:

  • Minimum of two years of proven experience in a professional environment.
  • Ability to resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently in order to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong work ethic, self-confidence, and a high sense of urgency.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • College degree is preferred. Minimum HS Diploma.
  • Bilingual preferred. (English/Spanish)

Work Environment:

  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks is necessary.

Compensation:

  • Target compensation starts at $45,000/year (base) plus commission and bonuses.
