Position Summary:

As a Level 3 Recruiter, you will serve as a leader within the recruiting team, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional results. You will independently source and engage candidates, continue building relationships, mentor your peers, and support organizational initiatives as outlined in Take2’s Recruiting Core Competencies Matrix.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet key performance metrics: prescreens, submissions, interviews, placements, and starts.
  • Work with Account Executives and occasionally serve as the point of contact for hiring managers to understand client staffing needs to overcome obstacles and achieve shared hiring goals successfully.
  • Identify prospective candidates utilizing Boolean logic, search and match tools, job boards, and candidate networks, when applicable.
  • Conduct resume review and assessment based on job-specific criteria to determine candidate suitability.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by setting expectations through phone screens, efficiently scheduling interviews, and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Organize candidates based on their alignment with open positions, including candidate compensation and work-environment expectations.
  • Schedule and prepare candidates for client interviews and gather interview feedback from the candidates following their interview.
  • Provide consistent guidance to the candidate throughout the recruitment process
  • Advanced proficiency in job offers and rate negotiations to secure top talent
  • Maintain communication to ensure candidate satisfaction throughout the onboarding cycle and their employment with Take2.
  • Provide high-level leadership and mentorship to your peers with recruiting and administrative tasks that contribute to the achievement of individual and team goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree OR 3-8 years of professional experience in a relevant, fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with compensation structures, including market trends and negotiation techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Expert level understanding of technical roles relevant to our core capabilities.
  • Proficient with our internal systems (e.g., Bullhorn and Costpoint) and Office 365 Suite (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive).
