We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Technical Product Manager) with deep expertise in the brokerage or financial services domain. This role requires a strong mix of business analysis, data modeling, and project management skills, with a focus on driving product and process improvement in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end analysis and project delivery across brokerage functions including client onboarding, trading, margin, lending, and asset servicing.
• Define and document business processes, data flows, and system interactions using process flow tools.
• Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria in JIRA for development and QA teams.
• Conduct complex data analysis using SQL, Excel, and other tools to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with global technology and business teams to drive product enhancements and process improvements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with project timelines and goals.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of business analysis experience in brokerage or related financial domains.
• Strong understanding of brokerage functions and portfolio valuation.
• Proven experience in data modeling and analysis.
• Expertise in JIRA and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in product development or technical product management.
• Experience in scaling infrastructure and working with globally distributed teams.
