Position: Social Copywriter
Type of contract: Independent Contractor
Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days/week, partial EST overlap (logged off ~2-3pm EST)
Salary Range: $1.700 - $2.000 USD

Our client is a content studio helping early-stage teams launch and scale their editorial engines to unlock organic acquisition. 

About the Role 
The Short-form copywriter will be someone who can own the writing component, and also proactively track performance metrics of the social and email channels - then autonomously iterate accordingly. The ideal candidate will manage LinkedIn, X, and Lifecycle Emails. Specific background and experience in B2B software startups.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Copywriting : Take a long-form case study and create a thread on LinkedIn or X
• Creating threads from long-form videos into social copy.
• Must have copywriting experience and do context-switching. Must be able to learn his/her client's styles.
• He/She must be able to schedule posts, coordinate building images with their in house Graphic design.
• Experience with email copy is very nice to have.
• Some level of product management experience is required as he/she will be managing hi/her own work while communicating with the team. Also need to be comfortable working with others, such as Graphics Designer groups, for parts of the copywriting process. Interacting with the designers.
  

Requirements:

• +3 years of experience as a copywriter.
• Very experienced in Social Media Copywriting.
• Extensive years of experience in LinkedIn and X copywriting (LinkedIn being the priority).
• Tools such as ClicUp for project management, X and Linkedin are required.
• Figma is a plus but not required.
• Good English level proficiency both oral and written,
• Experience in B2B software startups is highly desired.
