Job Title: Shipper
Location: Orchard Park, NY 14127
Requirements:
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inspection, and stockroom processes
• Experience with MRP/ERP inventory systems and handheld scanners
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to operate hydraulic lifts, pallet jacks, and power lifts
• Must comply with U.S. export control laws
Preferred:
• Forklift certification/experience
• Barcode inventory and cycle counting
• Kitting and electronic inventory system familiarity
Responsibilities:
• Package, label, and prepare shipments per military/company specs
• Operate UPS/FedEx shipping equipment
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation
• Verify incoming shipments and manage discrepancies
• Perform barcode scanning and update ERP inventory data
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to departments
